By using BeLov you agree to these terms. They cover what we offer, what we ask of you, and what happens if either side falls short.
Eligibility
- You must be 18 or older.
- You must use accurate information about yourself in your profile.
- One account per person.
What you agree to
- Treat other members with respect — no harassment, threats, or discrimination of any kind.
- Don't impersonate anyone or use someone else's photos.
- Don't use BeLov for commercial promotion, scams, solicitation, or anything illegal.
- Don't try to circumvent safety, moderation, or rate-limit mechanisms.
What we provide
- A platform that matches you with other members based on psychological compatibility, not a guarantee of any romantic outcome.
- Sage, an AI assistant that suggests but never speaks for you.
- Reasonable safety and moderation tooling. We are not a substitute for professional therapy or law enforcement.
- In-app voice and video calling between mutually matched members. Calls are routed through a third-party WebRTC provider (Daily.co) over an end-to-end encrypted media channel. We do not record call content. We log metadata only (start time, duration, end reason) for safety, abuse-report follow-up, and billing reconciliation.
Subscriptions
Premium and Premium+ subscriptions auto-renew per the platform's billing terms (Apple App Store or Google Play). You can cancel at any time through the platform's subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Voice and video calls are a Premium feature. Starting (placing) a voice or video call requires an active Premium or Premium+ subscription. You can always answer, decline, or end an incoming call from another member, regardless of your subscription status. If you cancel or downgrade to Free, your ability to start new calls ends at your billing period close; calls already in progress are unaffected.
Account termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account.
