Terms of Use

BeLov is operated by The Narrow Way Group LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("BeLov", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using BeLov you agree to these Terms of Use. They cover what we offer, what we ask of you, and what happens if either side falls short. If you do not agree, do not use BeLov.

Eligibility and your account

• You must be 18 or older. We may ask you to confirm your age.
• Use accurate information about yourself, one account per person.
• Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abuse

BeLov has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Content is filtered automatically, and members can report content or users, or block them, from within the app. We review reports within 24 hours. We remove offending content and eject the users responsible, and we may report serious violations to the authorities.

Prohibited conduct

• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind.
• Sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise objectionable content, and any content involving minors.
• Impersonating anyone or using someone else's photos.
• Commercial promotion, scams, solicitation, or anything illegal.
• Attempting to circumvent safety, moderation, or rate-limit mechanisms, or to access other members' data.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant BeLov a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, display and transmit your content solely to operate, secure and improve the service for you and to show your profile to other members. You confirm you have the right to post it. The license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep for legal or safety reasons.

What we provide

• A platform that matches you with other members based on psychological compatibility. It is not a guarantee of any romantic outcome.
• In-app voice and video calling between mutually matched members, routed through a third-party provider (Daily). We do not record call content and log metadata only (start time, duration, end reason) for safety and abuse follow-up.

AI features

Sage and other AI features are generated by artificial intelligence. Sage is not a therapist, counselor, or medical professional, and does not provide therapy or professional advice. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable; use your own judgment. Sage suggests, you decide what to send. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis line.

Safety

BeLov cannot verify every member or control what happens when members meet. You are responsible for your own interactions. Take sensible precautions: meet in public places, tell a friend, and do not send money. We are not a substitute for law enforcement.

Subscriptions

Premium and Premium+ are auto-renewing subscriptions. The price and billing period are shown before you purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Voice and video calls are a Premium feature. Starting a call requires an active subscription. You can always answer, decline, or end an incoming call. If your subscription ends, your ability to start new calls ends with the billing period; calls in progress are unaffected.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts, with or without notice, that violate these Terms or put others at risk.

Apple terms

• These Terms are between you and BeLov only, not Apple. BeLov, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. If the app fails to conform to a warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any); Apple has no other warranty obligation. BeLov is responsible for any claims about the app, including product liability, legal compliance, consumer protection and intellectual property claims.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. embargo or designated as a terrorist-supporting country, and are not on a U.S. list of prohibited parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you once you accept.

Disclaimers and limit of liability

BeLov is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee matches, relationship outcomes, the conduct of members, or uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeLov and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$100. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to any mandatory consumer protections where you live.

Changes

We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will ask you to accept it before you continue.
