Safety and reporting
- To report someone, open their profile or chat in BeLov, tap the menu, then Report. You can also Block them from the same menu.
- Blocked members can't see your profile or contact you. You can unblock someone in Settings → Blocked members.
- Our team reviews every report within 24 hours. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
Delete your account
In the app, go to Settings → Manage account → Delete account and confirm with your password. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
Manage your subscription
Subscriptions are billed by Apple. To change or cancel, open your Apple ID settings on your iPhone and choose Subscriptions. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.
